Gerry Gibbs Camera House was founded in March 1972 (as Carousel Photographic) in the then new Carousel Regional Shopping Centre in Cannington WA, as a section of Gerry's Carousel Pharmacy
The store is owned and operated by Murray Gibbs who insists on using only the latest printing technology available. The Fujifilm Frontier photo lab installed at Gerry Gibbs Camera House has a reputation for producing the sharpest photos and the best colour reproduction in the business, which means that customers' photo memories are treated with the respect they deserve.

The Camera House group was originally formed in the 1960's by a number of Sydney based independent photo store owners who's passion for photography and customer service led to forming an organisation that could utilise a national buying advantage. By having this advantage it allowed the group to pass the savings onto their customer and offer a wider range of merchandise.
